This coffee comes from the Shinzingo AMCOS cooperative in the Mbeya Rural district of Tanzania. Grown from KT 423 and Bourbon N93 varieties, this washed lot is processed with real care. The result is bright, herbal and smooth all at once, with tasting notes of white citrus, black tea and macadamia.

Ce café provient de la coopérative Shinzingo AMCOS, située dans le district rural de Mbeya, en Tanzanie. Issu des variétés KT 423 et Bourbon N93, ce lot lavé est traité avec le plus grand soin. Le résultat est à la fois vif, herbacé et onctueux, avec des notes de dégustation d’agrumes blancs, de thé noir et de noix de macadamia.
